Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York
Many designers, stylists, editors, models, and celebrities are very busy this past week preparing for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week NY - where many designers are showing their Spring/Summer 2011 collections. It's currently day four of fashion week and many designers have already showcased their talent, most of the pictures and videos from the previous first three days can be seen here at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week website. MTV VMA 2010 Performers & Nominees
MTV will host it's annual Video Music Awards show at 9pm eastern time, in California instead of New York this year, and will be hosted by comedian and E! TV personality, Chelsea Handler. Scheduled to perform this year are the following artists: Kanye West, Deadmau5, Robyn, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Will.i.am, Lincoln Park, Eminem, Drake, Nicki Minoj, B.o.B, Hayley Williams, Bruno Mars, 50 Cent, Outkast, G-Unit, Jason Derulo, Travie McCoy, and Swizz Beatz. Nominated for best new artist are: Broken Bells, Jason Derulo, Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, and Nicki Minoj. Nominated for Video Of The Year are: Lady Gaga (Telephone featuring Beyonce, and also Bad Romance), 30 Seconds To Mars, B.o.B, Eminem, and Florence + the Machine. Celebrities to make appearances are: Katy Perry, Ke$ha, the cast of Jersey Shore, the cast of Glee, Kim Kardashian, Ellen DeGeneres, Chris Pine, Johnny Knoxville and the cast of Jack Ass, Rosario Dawson, Evan Rachel, Romeo from Aventura, Cher, Paramore, Justin Timberlake, Jesse Eisenburg, Andrew Garfield, Ashley Greene, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Trey Songz, Selena Gomez, and Ne-Yo.
