Hollywood lost two major celebrities this past week, Gloria Stuart died at 100 years of age, she was found dead in her home in LA, California. Greg Giraldo died at 44 years of age, he died while being hospitalized for a prescription drug overdose - may they both RIP.

Brad Goreski Leaves Rachel Zoe, Inc.

Brad Goreski has left RZ, Inc. on October 1st and no longer works for Rachel Zoe. Brad was quoted saying that he loves Rachel, but feels like now is the right time for him to start his own career as a stylist. Although Brad doesn't work under Rachel anymore, they will most likely still be affiliated with each other and perhaps even work together on future projects.

Real Housewives of Atlanta Season Three

Season three of the Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres on Monday, with two new castmates, Phaedra Parks and Cynthia Bailey. We also expect to hear Kim Zolciak's new song "The Ring Didn't Mean A Thing" which is supposed to be about her relationship with "Big Poppa". We also get to see if there's any progress with Kim's wig line and also Sheree's clothing line, She by Sheree. Two of the housewives will allegedly by leaving as well, as the drama intensifies with the addition of the two new housewives.

Danielle Housewives Drama Haunts Her In Court

Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita were listed as witnesses in a lawsuit case filed against Danielle Staub by her ex-husband Kevin Mahner. The lawsuit was filed late last year against Danielle with claims of defamation of character against him by her, saying that he raped her and killed her dog. It's rumored that Jacqueline backed down last minute because she was feeling pressured by her family to testify against Danielle when she really didn't want to.

Oxygen's Hair Battle Spectacular Finale With Kim Zolciak

Kim Zolciak will be a guest judge on Oxygen's Hair Battle Spectacular show. The show is getting much play within the pop community and is taking fantasy hair to another level. The show is hosted by Brooke Burns, and has two main judges, Derek J (award winning fantasy hair designer) and Lindsay Alabanese (Celebrity Stylist). Derek J is also the designer for Kim Zolciak's new wig line. The heat is on between the final three contestants, Fingaz, Minista, and Tsunami - my vote is on Tsunami (he's hot).

Britney Spears Sued By Former Nanny and Assistant

Britney Spears has been served, she is being sued by her former nanny and personal assistant, Zaltash. Zaltash claims that Britney owes her over $35,000 of unpaid compensation for a months worth of work. Zaltash is also demanding an additional $19,940 due to penalties and overtime as well.

Fired, Arrested For Possession, And Sued

DANIELLE STAUB TERMINATED

Danielle Staub will not not be returning for season 3 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Danielle Staub was not aware of this and was shocked to hear that she will not be returning for the new season. All The Scoop Media reported first a few weeks ago that Danielle was on the hunt for her own reality show. Days after the news became public, Danielle made a statement on Twitter: "I wasn't even thinking about season three, don't worry, next year I'll still be the one everyone loves to hate, or hates to love." Danielle Staub is saying she is looking forward to her own reality TV spin off.

Udonis Haslem Charged For Possession

This past Sunday, Florida Highway Patrol arrested Miami Heat professional basketball player, Udonis Haslem, for possession of marijuana after getting pulled over at a traffic stop. Udonis was pulled over because he was speeding in his Mercedes-Benz and had illegal widow tints. The cop instantly smelled the aroma of marijuana,confiscated less than a gram of marijuana and then arrested Udonis, he was later released that night.

Madonna Sued For Being A Material Girl
Madonna is being sued by apparel manufacturer LA Triumph over the rights to use the name "Material Girl" for the trendy junior clothing line that Madonna and her daughter Lourdes designed. According to CNN - LA Triumph claims that it has been using the name since 1997 for there retail brand and that Madonna does not have the right to use the name for her own clothing line - An attorney for LA Triumph said they face the "risk of being subsumed by Madonna's profile, obvious worldwide notoriety". Madonna or her representatives have not yet commented about this.
