Paris Hilton Detained In Japan

 After pleading guilty for two misdemeanor charges in her Las Vegas cocaine possession case, Paris was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 community service hours, and to also complete an intensive substance abuse program. Paris's business trip to Japan (which was scheduled months ago) was cut short this week when she was stopped by Japanese immigration authorities at the airport and was not allowed to enter the country. She was detained in an airport hotel until Japanese immigration authorities investigated her reasons for attempting to enter the country. Paris's representatives told the press that she was contractually bound to this business trip and did not want to let her Asian fans down - they also added that this was all now beyond her control.

Fashion Tributes Alexander McQueen Memorial

Fashion Week events around the world all paused to pay tribute to Alexander McQueen's memorial. From the pic above, we see many mourners who attended the memorial at the steps of St. Pauls who paid their respects for Alexander McQueen. Many celebrities attended the memorial as well, and some wore Alexander McQueen attire; just to mention a few that wore his designs - Sarah Jessica Parker, Naomi Campbell, and Kate Moss. The memorial took place in London, during Fashion Week, where many designers, models, and editors all took a break from their agenda to say their final goodbyes to the lost Alexander McQueen. *Note from blogger, Freddy Angel -He will never be forgotten, Alexander will always be in my thoughts. As a publicly gay advocate and designer, he is a major influence and icon to me.

Real Housewives of New Jersey Update

 All The Scoop Media had the opportunity to speak with a very credible source from New Jersey that has many information about the ladies from the cast of the RHONJ. According to my source, the three remaining ladies of last season's cast, Caroline, Jacqueline, and Teresa, will allegedly not be returning for a season three unless the Bravo Network gives each of them half of a million dollars to film. This is not the only info I have, please refer to my "Extended Real Housewives of New Jersey Scoop" blog for the entire exclusive update on the cast, including Kim Granatell and Danielle Staub. Other recent news is that Teresa Giudice has been working, hosting parties at nightclubs, while her husband is behind bars for violating court orders. Danielle Staub gets her own show while her Range Rover gets repossessed. Kim G. has been on a Twitter "hit and run" lately, bashing on the girls of the cast, while also calling out the cast of Jersey Shore.

Lindsay Lohan Fails Another Drug Test and Heads Back To Jail

Lindsay Lohan might as well change her home address so that all of her mail can be forwarded to her jail cell, because she is being held in jail without bail until October 22nd . Apparently, Lindsay was arrested in court on September 24th, due to the fact that she failed her most recent drug test. Here is one of her recent tweets; “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.” It is said that she came up with cocaine and Adderall in her system - when will you learn Lindsay? (we all know that it take three days for cocaine and pills to leave you're system, you could have been smarter about this).

American Idol Gets New Judges

Ryan Seacrest has announced that American Idol has gotten rid of former judges Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres, and replaced them with Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler. Randy Jackson will remain on the panel while Ryan will remain as host of the show. Will the show be the same now? Who will take the role of a mean judge, now that Simon is finally gone? Many people think the show will not be the same now that Ellen and Simon are gone, but for some reason, I feel this is just what the show really needed - a little bit of Latin flavor with an edge of rock-n-roll.

 Betsey Johnson has defaulted on a $48.8 million loan to her company. According to Front Row Daily, Steve Madden came to the rescue and paid off the loan for her. Betsey Johnson has until August 20, 2010 to repay the loan, if not paid in time, Steve Madden might take control of the company - Steve Madden currently holds licenses for accessories under the Betsey Johnson and Betsyville brands.

Paris Hilton: With More Legal Problems

Many people have still been talking about Paris Hilton's incident with the police where she was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana, while her boyfriend Cy Waits was arrested for DUI. Paris continues to deny any accusations about the incident and claims to have willingly cooperated with the authorities  - But many pictures surfaced the internet with Paris Hilton holding an open purse at a club, revealing what seems to be cocaine. Paris claims that it wasn't her purse, and that she was just holding on to it - while her friend was in the restroom (sure, Paris). In other Paris Hilton related news, Florida U.S District Judge, Federico Moreno, ruled that Paris owes $160,000 to film makers of the flop film "Pledge This", because she failed to do British and Russian interviews supporting the film.

 It seems as if Teresa and Joe Giudice have not learned their lesson when it comes to being financially responsible - especially when they're being publicly humiliated by the media regarding their bankruptcy and continued heavy spending. Just recently, U.S Trustee, Roberta A. DeAngelis, has filed a petition against the Guidice's bankruptcy with claims of many "falsehoods" in their filing. Just one week before filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy, Teresa took out an advance of $250,000 for her cookbook "Skinny Italian". The petition also addresses many of Joe's "omissions", including property, bank accounts, as well as false income tax reports to the bankruptcy court.

Paris Hilton And Cy Waits: Arrested For DUI And Possession Of Controlled Substances

Paris Hilton and her new boyfriend, Cy Waits (Vegas night club mogul), were pulled over this past Friday at around 11:30pm in front of the Wynn Hotel on the Vegas strip. The officer (Lt. Wayne Holman) smelled the aroma of marijuana coming from the black Cadillac SUV which prompted the arrest of Cy Waits for DUI and Paris Hilton for possession of marijuana and cocaine. Paris willingly cooperated with the officers and handed them the small amount of controlled substances she had inside of her purse. She had cocaine inside of her lip balm and marijuana inside of the SUV - in plain site. Paris was sent to Clark County jail, where she was released on Saturday morning on her own recognizance. Paris was recently also arrested during the previous World Cup for possession of marijuana.

New York based fashion designer, Yigal Azrouel, has revealed to Daily Front Row that he will launch his own woman's shoe collection which will be debuting during the Spring 2011 season. Those familiar with Yigal Azrouel are very thrilled to see the shoe collection. All The Media will be keeping up to date with the latest styles and trends, stay tuned. iTunes: Rumored To Rent TV Shows For 99 Cents An Episode
According to multiple online sources, speculation is that Apple will start renting out TV episodes for 99 cents starting this Fall season. Each digital episode will be available for 48 hours after they are downloaded via iTunes. Apple has not confirmed anything yet and will not comment on speculation, however Apple will be hosting an event and invited all the media to attend in San Fransisco on September 1, 2010.


Facebook: Sues Teachbook For Using The Name "book"
A document obtained from Wire.com states a lawsuit was filed in the California District Court last Wednesday against Teachbook for "riding the coattails of the fame and enormous goodwill of the Facebook trademark". Facebook is accusing Teachbook of federal trademark delusion, trademark infringement, and unfair competition. Teachbook claims that Facebook is just bullying them because students and teachers are allowed to use Teachbook in schools, but are not allowed to use other online communities such as Facebook and Myspace.

Danielle Staub will not not be returning for season 3 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Danielle Staub was not aware of this and was shocked to hear that she will not be returning for the new season. All The Scoop Media reported first a few weeks ago that Danielle was on the hunt for her own reality show. Days after the news became public, Danielle made a statement on Twitter: "I wasn't even thinking about season three, don't worry, next year I'll still be the one everyone loves to hate, or hates to love." Danielle Staub is saying she is looking forward to her own reality TV spin off.

Udonis Haslem Charged For Possession

This past Sunday, Florida Highway Patrol arrested Miami Heat professional basketball player, Udonis Haslem, for possession of marijuana after getting pulled over at a traffic stop. Udonis was pulled over because he was speeding in his Mercedes-Benz and had illegal widow tints. The cop instantly smelled the aroma of marijuana,confiscated less than a gram of marijuana and then arrested Udonis, he was later released that night.

Madonna Sued For Being A Material Girl
Madonna is being sued by apparel manufacturer LA Triumph over the rights to use the name "Material Girl" for the trendy junior clothing line that Madonna and her daughter Lourdes designed. According to CNN - LA Triumph claims that it has been using the name since 1997 for there retail brand and that Madonna does not have the right to use the name for her own clothing line - An attorney for LA Triumph said they face the "risk of being subsumed by Madonna's profile, obvious worldwide notoriety". Madonna or her representatives have not yet commented about this.

Lindsay Leaves Jail - Checks In Rehab
America's tabloid princess, Lindsay Lohan completed a total of 14 out of a 90-day sentence at Lynwood Correctional Facilities and checked in to rehab the next day at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Lohan was released on "good behavior" and because the facility was "over crowded". Lindsay is expected to stay in rehab for a total of 90 days.

9th Circuit District Court Judge Vaughn Walker has rejected proposition 8 on Wednesday of August 4th, 2010. Judge Vaughn Walker ruled that the voter initiative banning same-sex marriage in California is a violation of the Constitution's equal protection and due process rights clauses - Walker offered a 136 page decision in the case Perry vs. Schwarzenegger. We may have won the battle, but the war is just getting started - The decision is expected to head to the 9th Circuit Appeals Court, and then the Supreme Court.
